The greatest strength of the MDBA Pacers is the large number of dedicated volunteers who are the driving force and back-bone of the organisation. We must have a dedicated and reliable volunteer force to enable us to meet an ever increasing public demand for our services.
Volunteers are an integral part of all levels of MDBA Pacers operations - from National and State leaders to the occasional gardener, or cleaner and everything in between. They assist in many ways including caring for dogs, caring for owners, assisting with administrative tasks, transportation of goods, and helping out with hands on needs. Many more help out with special events, fundraising and promotions that will take place throughout the year. The MDBA Pacers could not function effectively without the vital assistance of its volunteers. If you would like more information about becoming a volunteer please contact us.
